RedCharacter
Blue Hair

An eerie abandoned farmhouse is shown on the remote outskirts of town, the unkept metal fence surrounding it has a hole and disregarded danger sign. Inside the building, a man that viewers can recognize as one of Killer B's target appears first in a red hoodie along with 2 other men, one in a blue hoodie and one in a yellow hoodie. The man in the yellow hoodie is seen talking to a white rabbit until he is kicked into a chamber. An unknown gas spills into the chamber and Mr. Yellow is seen convulsing and vomiting blood. While the two men laugh, a member with short blue hair, from the group previously seen to be disposing the red tank, sits on the side and places something gold into her mouth.

Koku is seen to be playing a violin while he co-workers happily listen. Koku mentions that the violin, Gagliano, was crafted 300 years ago, but has been kept in good condition and passed down throughout generations. He hopes that the living instrument can be mended and passed down for another 300 years and wishes that when he dies, a part of him will continue to live. The owner of the violin store claps and it is revealed that he is Lily's father and the other employee is his son.

Team

Brandon is researching the elusive Market Maker's website and tells Kaela that a distinguishing feature of its members are that they carry a marked skull tattoo on them. Mario interrupts and heads out to Assemblyman Ed Kyle's crime scene with Brandon. Lily is found stopping another civilian from entering the premise to which Keith says she is doing this intentionally. The assembly, who was on the news for taking illegal donations from multiple corporations, was found beheaded with his wife and the infamous Killer B signature scratched on the wallpaper behind them. Keith heaves a sigh and regretfully informs the team that this wasn't the work of Killer B but rather a copycat killer. The team isn't fully convinced until another body is found at the residence, this time of Mr. Yellow.

Gilbert confirms that the cause of death was poison gas, nerve agents and blister agents that damage the skin, eyes and lunges. Keith asks whether there is a countermeasure to which Gilbert replies that the gas is very refined and they have asked the Army Institute of Medicine for help in finding a cure. As Keith gets up to leave, Gilbert asks him if he has learned anything as it has been seven years already since their shared tragic past. Keith says he is not sure but he has gained a clue that will lead him to the killer. Gilbert's still-full coffee cup is thrown in the trash bin.

As the team sits down to assess the potential consequences of the gas being released at the Mayor's Charity Ball at Legacy Palace, they find out that Mr. Yellow, who's real name is Ian Reyes, was a senior researcher at Premio Farmacia before going missing 6 months ago. Somewhere else, there is a watch ticking beside two bottles of undisclosed substances.

While working alongside his colleagues at Stella dal Mattino, Koku cuts his hand after hearing the news that the recent killing of assemblyman Ed Kyle was done by Killer B.

A disturbing noise is overheard on the radio as Lily gulps down her saliva while staring at the pastries. Koku disguised as a waiter passes behind her. There is a loud gasp in the crowd as a beautiful woman arrives wearing an oiran, which Kaela describes as one of Japan's classical outfits, and a program capable of tracking and predicting future moves of all guests is unveiled. Eric leaves Kaela in charge of all internal commands in a secure room while he asks for status updates from all team members.

All clear

Keith is hit by a car while trying to get a glimpse at some attractive women attending the party and ends up plunging into the water fountain. Boris sitting inside the car reports nothing abnormal aside from Keith as Kaela watches this all occur outside the building and hums unimpressed. A voice comes over the radio saying Area 27 is all clear.

The long-haired man and pink-haired female pass behind Koku causing both of their eyes to flicker red monetarily. As he turns flustered from being seen on camera, Koku bumps into another waiter, who is Mr. Red, not realizing him to be one of his targeted Reggies. The woman in oiran covers one eye and mouths something to Koku which he understands right away and his eyes flicker red again.

Kaela sees through the program that there is irregular movement of the blonde waiter as he heads toward the mayor. The team runs to protect the mayor and Mario catches the blade before it makes contact. The apprehended Mr. Red signals Mr. Blue, who is situated in front on a computer in a room elsewhere, to drop the birdcage, which causes everyone to be locked in. Mr. Red threatens that the building is rigged with poison gas that will go off at 9 pm and the only way they'd disable it is if the mayor is killed. A video of Mr. Yellow dying is played on the projector for everyone to see.

Legacy Palace

Mario promises that Mr. Red will be remembered as a petty criminal and Kaela works rapidly behind the scene typing away to bypass the building's lock down command. Unlike the public, Brandon, Lily and Mario look relaxed as they placed their trust in Kaela to free them.

At the rooftop, Koku meets the lady dressed in an oiran who is the same blue-haired woman who watched Mr. Yellow die. She has the signature skull mark of the Market Maker's on her and tells Koku that he's the critical puzzle piece but she'll take him dead or alive. She pulls out a hand grenade from under her skirt and explosions go off which Keith notices while in the car.
